DescriptionThe unpublished issue tied to his 1970s Portfolio New Heroes. The pencils were by Keith Pollard and Neal inked his Superman-like main hero - Megalith. The art was given to Romeo Tanghal (who marked on Neal's Crazyman #1) to finish the inksHowever, the series was cancelled. The is page 25 - show with and without Neal's extra figure, ink and EFX notes overlay - signed "Neal" Social/Sharing |
