It's the Dynamite Duo !!! Probably not a good idea to identify an undercover cop so loudly in public. Even if he's being tossed out of a window. Crazy (almost) worm's eye view.

The could have featured any of the 6 stories within, but this is the bang for your buck story that made it on the cover. Heck looks like he is using for Batgirl the same skills he used for Black Widow stories from Amazing Adventures. Long legs in heels and adveturous good girl art!
