Mickey's Tattered Tale Storybook cover Art ( Walt Disney, c. 1988 ) Mickey Mouse and Pluto are spotlighted in this original storybook illustration artwork. A preliminary drawing of a "hobo" Mickey and Pluto by Willie Ito, for the cover of the 1988 Mickey's Tattered Tale Read-Along book and tape set. This piece is in graphite and blue pencil on lightweight paper stock, with an approximate image size of 7" x 4.75"; the paper is taped to an 11" x 14" backing board. Overall condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.
