Description

I'm not a big fan of daily strips. Heck I sold my Al McWilliams dailies of this strip and Twin Earths. But when I ran across this and saw it was Wayne Boring and I noticed how much his Davey Jones looks a lot like his Superman I had to pick it up.

Better yet I have 3 in a row.

And while as a kid I was not a Wayne Boring fan as Curt Swan was much more appealing to me over the years. Still I appreciate Wayne's work and the classic Superman that was the standard at one time. And let's face it finding a Wayne Boring Superman page and affording one is on a different level then these strips.

These strips made me a daydream believer at first, but as you said Wayne Boring's artwork wins you over with a classically handsome protagonist that doesn't monkey around.

LOL - Hey hey love the references - some people say I monkey around. I'm too busy buying art to put anybody down.
