Description

"A whiz at combining photostatic images with real-ink drawings, Jaffee built these gags in just that fashion -- fleshing out the camera-copied art (his own) with retouching to conform to paperback-page format. These pages are primarily collage compositions, with stats as the central images. Ink retouching/expansion (with blue pencil) of stat-collages, affixed to Bristol board (with matched hand-cut spot-shading overlays)."
