DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!11x16.25" DC Comics artboard features pen and ink original pencil art by Adrienne Roy, inked by Tony DeZuniga for Arak, Son Of Thunder #47, published by DC Comics August 1985. Offered here is the original art for page 17 which features five panels, showing Arak after an underwater battle with a Chinese styled dragon and being pulled from the sea by Haakon. Storyline is during the Dragon Festival in the city of Canton, Arak and Valda try to help the people against an invading dragon in "Here Be Dragons." Top margin has marker title and inked issue/page numbers. DC stamp on reverse. Artboard has three clipped corners, lt. aging but overall art remains clean and Exc. From the Tony DeZuniga Archives and the first time offered at auction. Social/Sharing |
