Description

From the first year of the run, this strip is a bit of an oddity. Salinas typically mailed in his Strips to King Features Syndicate after folding them between two of the panels(presumably to fit in an envelope). This strip is a bit larger than other Ciscos I've seen and has never been folded. It makes one wonder if he'd brought a few with him on a trip to the states and dropped them off in person.

Salinas is so good in telling the story in this format from the illustration work to choosing the right story beats for the 3 panels.

Wow Tom! Where do you keep finding these beautiful Cisco strips? The next panel could mean lethal consequences for Pancho, but with the light-hearted humor of this western opera, you know things will work out fine. Beautifully drawn, as always by the master, Salinas.
