Description

I wasn't aware of Mike's work until very recently when Jeff Lemire showed off a Black Hammer team piece he commissioned from Mike. Becker's work is definitely evocative of the school of amazing artists who have graced the pages of the various Black Hammer minis.

Then I saw Mike was tabling at Heroes and the stars aligned. I asked for an inked piece, but he ended up doing a penciled one because he felt more comfortable. However, he had also done an inked version and scrapped it, and gave me both pieces for the price of one. As a guy who mainly collects inked art, I'm thrilled to have both.
