DescriptionBefore launching the big SW cross-over "War of the Bounty Hunters", Marvel/Disney/Lucas put out this one shot to tee up the story.For this whole WotBH, they went gonzo on covers, tapping many of my top favorite modern artists to draw my favorite character (teaser - you're going to see more art in this theme coming soon). One artist on my 'need in my collection' checklist is Ken Lashley. I've learned from my OA buddies that collect commissions that Ken can be hard to deal with in that format, so I knew I wanted-> 1. Ken Lashley 2. Something awesome 3. Star Wars 4. Published vs. commission My favorite SW character is Boba Fett (yes even after the Disney+ series) so that was the cherry on top for this one. Not much to say on this one - it's WYSIWYG. Boba is under fire, returning fire, cape flying around as he dances between incoming laser bolts. In the background - two suns 🤔. Cue 'Binary Sunset' Additional images has color image which is cool to see how they treated boba overlapping the logo, the sand storms in the background and the binary suns. Seems that I was bounty hunting something close to nothing
But different than the art before
That's when I saw her, ooh, this cover
Fett walked in through Mandalore, big score
He was a

The art you find in the second Star War

And if pit was warm he wouldn't last much more
Lashley covered it

This is great! Love the movement added by the cape and the always classic "hero under fire" motif.

Thanks, and keep trying! The mando series is out and I'm seeing some great covers from that, with Grogu as well! I believe Tatiana just dropped one. Good hunting fellow OA bounty hunter!!
