Description

"In case you are interested?" Annabel from Kirby's Comic Art only had to ask this once. Two iconic painted David Mack variant covers featuring Hellboy (from Hellboy and the BPRD 1953 Beyond The Fences 1) and Abe Sapien (Abe Sapien 31 - The Black School) that have been residing in Mack's "special cover" portfolio became available. They were pricey, but they are gorgeous and will get a proper frame and place of honour on my comic art wall. I'm a very, very happy man. The Hellboy cover can be found in the same gallery.

Great use of the watercolor for the water based hero. The talent shines through when Mack is working large on established properties!
