I've always liked Tim Tyler's art. I got this one off eBay. It's drawn on the inside back cover of a comic but the cover was never attached. I added pictures of the full page and the cover.

Very pretty with the eyes and lips having that hint of indie allure. The pencil shading is great within the outline of the big hair giving it high volume.
