DescriptionThis issue is full of wonderful pages and I am pleased as punch to add one to the gallery. Lovely expressions, details, and stagecraft throughout this page. In fact, the Façade could easily be staged as a short play. Quite fitting.Don't you know? This brings to an end my informal countdown to the release of Season 1 of The Sandman on Netflix. Beautiful. Love the composition here, and the masks in panels 1 and 4, first along the top of the panel, then on the floor, as if knocked from their perch by some sort of re-enactment (as opposed to a reminiscing) of the volcano scene. This is a pretty cool comic! I think it might someday get to be pretty popular! I'm no expert, but you may want to hold onto these pages, M L! (And congrats on another Sandman treasure!)

I missed out on the splash page earlier this year. This is a really compelling visual storytelling task. Colleen so darn good. You got one of my favorite pages from the story. Congrats pal.

Excellent page! Such a wonderdul job of storytelling. The "Don't you know?" hits hard, and the reaction to it is a great one that you might not initially expect.

I've never seen Death look like this with Goth as the reason
Another promise Gaiman through
A Mist of Season passes by you
I never took the smile away from Urania's façade
And that's an accepted way to look
For Sandman who is still in style
In a Dream Country, Dreams stay with you
Like when Malcolm voice inks the Doran line
Stay alive, here Ra goes

Wow. A seemingly quiet scene with an incredible emotional wallop! Love that next to last panel with the simple "Don't you know?" Amazing page!

Ooh, that's a biggie. Love Death there in that second panel. Killer example from earlier in the run - way to end a stretch of Sandman pieces, M. Congrats on this and all!

Damn I must have missed this when you first dropped this! So jelly. Absolutely love the Facade story/issue - Colleen killed it! I think i saw a page from this issue out in the wild somewhere last year, not sure if it was this one or another one but I prob should've pulled the trigger in hindsight lol. Just finished the Netflix show and absolutely loved it, hope you did too. Congrats man!
