DescriptionWelcome back for another Sunday Funday art post, continuing with the Denys Cowan art.A great Batman cover/splash by Denys Cowan. Denys original pencils and his lightboxed inks. I purchased this back in March of this year during Bill Cox's first art Sale with Denys. For those who don't know, Bill Cox, will periodically host live art sales with artists on his YouTube channel. The segment usually includes a short interview with the artist before the art sales portion. A Scarecrow Batman cover is a perfect match for Cowan's talents as his linework brings high intensity energy and a sense of peril!

A fabulous piece featuring all the frenetic energy that Cowan is known for! But you know what else I see when I look at the pencils? I see a cover tailor made for Klaus Janson to have inked! The pencils on their own just look like they're a cross between Denys' and Klaus' styles. Cool beans!
