Description

Cover prelim on vellum from Creatures on the Loose #23 from 1973. I could be wrong as well for what this was done for, but from all my research this is the closest artwork I can find. Gift from Mike Burkey!

Looks like a Romita Sr. held a seminar in a classroom to construct a drawing with fundamental shapes connected with a feel for conflict. The different points of emphasis from the red lines points to how Senior was such a successful art director at Marvel.
