Benes and Lei made a pretty good art team. What's the context for that giant bomb in the 2nd panel? It doesn't appear that Supergirl is throwing it and it's facing the wrong direction for it to be falling. Two Supergirls in one story line must've been such a dream for you!

It's there as a tribute to the long lost censored Strips #2 interior front cover. Benes and Lei were finally not afraid to take chances with the good/bad girl stuff in this final issue.

Oh, I see it now! Okay, both girls are hovering in mid air and it appears as if there's space between the underside of the rocket and the ground, so it appeared to be airborne.
