Description

Jason Palmer is one of the modern painting greats that can capture any likeness and does awesome pop culture art for shows and films. I also own a Serenity/Firefly painted piece featuring Jayne by Jason, and love his work. I have his prints from Star Wars, Serenity, Supernatural, and others. I see him ever year at SDCC and would be buying his originals but he is 100% digital these days. But like 10 years ago and before he would physically paint the characters of shows individually and put them all together digitally and I believe this is one of those. It measures about 10 1/2x15 on gray art board and painted in his usual mixed media style of the time.

Looks as good as a publicity photo still! James Marsters' agent can probably use this image to send to casting managers.

Another bitter sweet piece from an artist we lost before his time... lost to digital. There's still time though... maybe, just maybe he could come back to us. As is plain to see from this piece, he's got the skills. Congrats!
