DescriptionLEFT: MICKEY MOUSE and MINNIE march to MACY'S. Premium written specially in the Big Little Book format by Whitman for R. H. Macy and Co., Inc., New York, NY. Published in 1934, copy write by Walt Disney Enterprises,. Inc. Soft /cover, glued binding. 3 5/16" x 3 9/16" x 3/4"; 144 pages. -MIDDLE: MICKEY MOUSE and MINNIE at MACY'S. Same as above except published in 1935. IN ADDITION: both back covers say " MERRY CHRISTMAS to you from SANTA CLAUS at MACY'S. THE WORLD'S LARGEST DEPARTMENT STORE." - RIGHT: MICKEY MOUSE and the MAGIC CARPET. This premium was prepared for the Kay Kamen distributors. It was given away by Stewart's Toyland, movie houses, and an untold number of other companies whose names were added to the premium by Kay Kamen distributors. Published in 1935. Soft cover, two staples. Size: 4" X 3 1/2" X 1/2". --- It might be noted that some stores had a simulated magic carpet ride; but that's a story for another time. Social/Sharing |
