DescriptionI added another page from the Second Coming story to my collection. By none other than one of the greatest X-Men artist of the last decade, Greg Land. This one depicts Magneto taking on an army of Nimrod sentinels. The lay out of each panel is just amazing storytelling. From seeing the Master of Magnetism lashing out his full power superbly to him at the edge of defeat to revealing his secret weapon to the machines on the last panel: the entire island is made of iron. If only you can have a better look at Jay Leisten's ink. The smoothness he brings to Greg's tight detailed pencil is a perfect match.Thank you Greg and Jay!!! Social/Sharing |
