Description

From the planned fifth issue of THE CAT, signed by artists Ramona Fradon & Jim Mooney and writer Linda Fite. Unfortunately, the Cat series was cancelled with issue #4...but thankfully Fradon and Mooney finished several great pages.

What a great page Steve! A terrific art team. The panels flow so well throughout this. Very glad this surfaced despite the issue never being released and thanks so much for sharing it with us all here!

Great page, love the Mooney inks over Fradon's pencils. There was another page 12 for this unpublished story before this one, but Ramona decided it was excessive and it was to be omitted. You can see the page 13 under the penciled 12 on this art board. So cool that your page is signed by Jim, Ramona, and Linda Fite.

Wow, that's a cool bit of info about page 12. Didn't know that. Thanks! Yeah, it's great this page got signed at some point by all 3 creators. Happy Halloween!

Very lovely good girl adventure art! Fradon gives Mooney a lot to finely ink in the style highlighting beauty and movement of the female form. The hair and the shadows are stunning and serve to add emphasis to the effect. Great to see this unearthed treasure!

Love the cool garden shots - I expect the editor would have caught the typo on 'egress' when it was published - sweet page!
