When bizarre events occur in Metropolis, the Science Police arrive at Legion Head Quarters and accuse one of the Legionnaires of being the cause.
The accused Legionnaire, Tyroc, is eventually arrested but escapes police custody in what turns out to be a convoluted undercover plot to find a bomb.

This early Grell stuff is a lot of fun. It allows us to see the promise he already showed early on, as he (like many artists) used some of Neal Adams' techniques here and there while simutaneously forging ahead and began to develop his own unique style.

Grell Grell, you drew so well, lots of dynamic Legionnaires, you think your latest work superior, but you never drew better than in the groovy Legion interiors.
