DescriptionPage 4If Nu is at a show, I'm trying to get a piece of work from him. I love his pop art sensibilities and once I decided to start this sketchbook, I had to include him. He started thinking through a bunch of ideas and while we were chatting he was going through a list of movies he loved as a kid when all of a sudden he mentions La Bamba and the lightbulb went off. Next thing we knew, we were both jazzed to see his rendition of Ritchie Valens and it turned out amazing from the guitar to the suit with all of the color pop. Thrilled & thankful to have another piece by Nu. Social/Sharing |
