Description7-2018...Met Tom Grummett at a convention and was amazed to see he had this page in his portfolio! Grant Morrison's run on Animal Man is one of the best story arcs I have ever read in comics so I was very glad to add this page (where Tom was guest penciller) to my collection. I love it when relatively underappreciated heroes get their time in the spotlight and found this page beautifully drawn showing a contemplative moment between Martian Manhunter and Animal Man as they overlook the Grand Canyon, discussing the fragility of the planet and what it really means to be a superhero.Social/Sharing |

Great page with the balance of characters and wide shots. Grummett handles handles these themes very well as Animal Man is brought into the wider context of his place in the entire DC Universe!
