The Carnival of Death

An adventure featuring T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agent Menthor.
The Higher United Nations Defense Enforcement Reserves Agents were in the employ of the United Nations. They were created by Wally Wood and Len Brown. Menthor gains mental pwers from the helmet that he wears. In this story, he stumbles upon a hypnotist in a carnival with powers to rival his own.

In the early sixties while many became obsessed with Marvel Comics, I explored many publishers and that lead me to read several issues of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents.

Miki, you neve cease to amaze me with how old you truly are. No one would ever think it. You were already exploring comics in the early 60's?!? Damn! You need to be careful. There are wackos out there who think there's a child pedophile ring working out of the basement of a pizza joint relatively close to you. I wouldn't put it past those same wackos to show up on your doorstep, believing you've found the real fountain of youth, and shooting you dead for it!
