Description

After Black Lightning's series was canceled in the DC Implosion, he next appeared in some World's Finest backup stories. In this page 4/10 from one of those stories, Black Lightning hits the water to foil the plans of some submarine smugglers. I love how BL is shown swimming and outfitted in his original 70s costume.

A rare penciled page by Romeo Tanghal who has mainly been a prodigious inker in his career. Picked this one up from a seller on the recent Comic Art Live. Thanks, Chris!
