Description

A Beautiful Painting for The Twelve Days of Christmas Music Album Lyric Book (Walt Disney, 1991). On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a Disney painting for a CD! I have a stunning original illustration created for the memorable 1991 Disney Christmas music release, entitled The Twelve Days of Christmas. The album was released in both CD and audio cassette form . I have the front of the packaging for both versions a gorgeous image of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy preparing to sing carols together. If you were lucky enough to get the version of the album that came with a lyric book, you'd find the this image on its back: a beautiful depiction of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on a sleigh ride together. The illustration was created with gouache, acrylic paint, and airbrush on board. The fpiece measures 12.5" x 7.75" on its 14.5" x 12" board. The painting is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear. The edges of the board show some wear, with tape staining and some denting, but the images are not affected.
