Description

This piece is by Ron Frenz, Spidey in black costume pencils breakdowns of pages 1, 2, 3 and 4 of WEBSPINNERS: TALES OF SPIDER-MAN #18, published in 2000, with page 1 being the Title page "Hero of the People Part II". Bob McLeod did the finishes and the inks.
Hero of the People Part 2:
Silver Sable has enlisted the web-spinner's help in restoring order to a tiny nation in Western Europe... which has been thrown into chaos by the Rhino, the Beetle, Speed Demon and Doctor Octopus!
