Following the mayhem of the the revolts against Le Prez and the aristos in general, we have three panels with a 3D-TV host, reporting on the riots (with freshly applied make-up tears and burns on his face).

The next time we see him tattered clothes, a late-comer of the earlier refugee trek.

And, oh boy, will he have to adapt...

Moebius' world building is imaginatively extravagant and grand in scale. A cornerstone of sci-fi comics that has since influenced countless creators since.

That is a fantastic page from L'Incal. It has all of the Moebiusisms you could ask for in one piece. Great choice.
