Description

Historic origin page of the X-men villain Apocalypse.
But, not just any page, but the final end page from the final issue of the limited series...drawn back in 1997 by Adam Pollina.

Easily, the best page in the entire series. It presents so well, like a movie trailer. I can hear that guy's deep voice narrating the dialogue on this page. Referencing his place of BIRTH (sorry, couldn't help myself)..

You can feel the krackle and the power of the bottom half splash...."A storm is coming...and it is him...It is APOCALYPSE!!!"

Since I am a big Adam Pollina fan, I picked up many pages from this series, way back when. I have since sold them off (still have a different page to sell)...but, I decided to keep this finale page.
And, I am glad I did.

Love the way the page is capped off, Jordan, with that upward intimadating shot as well as the lettering - "APOCALYPSE"! Congrats!

Hot dayumn! How'd I miss this beauty? You have surgical taste with what remains in your archives and this more than proves it! This insane page is every bit of eXcess one would eXpect as series about En Sabah Nur to end! Congrats my friend!
