Descriptionbeautiful pencils and inks from Brad Walker featuring Steel with his super suit trying to hold up a destroyed Bridge. I love the close up of steel's face as he strains to keep up a destroyed bridge allowing people to get to safety.Social/Sharing |

A great Luthor page! The images of Lex in his battle suit are fabulous!

just the work he put into the bridge is amazinf plus that battlesuit with all the wire and tubing. I am really surprised no one grabbed these page, they were dirt cheap.

That's the thing about getting art from art reps who represent dozens of artists. It's all a numbers game. Most of their art won't sell well, so the reps focus primarily on the artists whose work DOES sell well. That's a good thing for collectors because it usually means that in many cases the older art that has been there for years is still sitting there, forgotten by most because everyone has short memories and alway move on to the artists' next project, and still priced at prices from 10+ years earlier because the reps don't have either the time or inclination to update the prices to current FMV for the artists' current work. A huge win for savvy collectors!

I really like the work he puts into his pieces. It is a shame more people aren't jumping on his artwork It's great for me being less expensive as you have said. I look at newer artist work they produce and are getting 3 to 4 x's more than this sold for. and aren't even half as good.

Such a deterimined face and all around it is a heavy detail noodling! The planel layout of a slippery slope itself suggests things are slipping away for Lex!

it's always tuff to play hero. when you spent half you time trying to take control of the city. I think he must know that no matter what his motives are superman could swoop in and do this job 10 better and faster. that most still get under Luthor's skin.
