Description

This series sucked me right in. I loved the writing by Dan Watters and I found Dani's art style really striking and emotive. They clearly put a ton into this book. I originally wanted to get a piece with Izzy and the Vulture (and I still kinda do), but I love this scene and the pacing of the panels. For me it captures one of the book's greatest storytelling qualities--an ability to balance and shift between horror, heart, and humor so effectively. And who doesn't love some Eartheater at home eatin some soil sandwiches?!!
