Description

Dark Dominion Card Set (1993) art that was pencilled by Steve Ditko and inked by Grey Williamson.

The monster, as far as I can tell, was only was on the wrapper and box for the cards, but did not receive a card of his own.

The inker, Grey Williamson has a blog where he give some more of the back story of working with Steve Ditko and Jim Shooter and some more illustrations from the Dark Dominion work at Defiant Comics.

This looks like a design that would have been used in pre-hero Marvel when it was heavy into stories of monsters and alien creatures threatening the people of earth.
