The Shadow of the Past
Written by Paul Levitz

On her journey Tasmia chances upon a young boy who turns out to be Grev Mallor, her cousin, grandson of Garven Mallor.
Grev then leads Lydia to the secret place of their ancestors
It is never explained in the story why Sarven chose to have his grandchildren raised apart far away from the city nor what became of Tasmia's and Grev's parents.
One could only surmise that Sarven was trying to protect his bloodline from those who would profit from the end of the Mallor protectorship.

The previous page looked like it was set in the Old West, now this one looks like it's set in the original Star Trek universe. This is getting wild!
