Description

Excited to share the cover to Marvel Year in Review #2 from 1990, featuring Cap voted "Man of the Year!" Artwork is by Kevin Maguire, one of my all-time favorite artists, depicting Cap in a tongue in cheek beefcake pose. This debuted about a year before Kevin's Adventures of Captain America mini-series came out. This faux news magazine ran for six issues and featured ads and articles like "Best and Worst Dressed." It is a whopping size at 14.5" x 20." and is signed by both penciler Kevin Maguire and inker Joe Rubinstein. The logo and copy are mylar overlays. What a fun piece!
