DescriptionThis is one of my favorite images of Elektra by Greg Horn. It was used for the cover of issue #3 of the 2001 Brian Michael Bendis series. You may recall that issue was recalled for nudity on the interior (which amounted to a shadow of Elektra's naked body...when they re-released the issue, the artist had drawn a few black lines on that figure to indicate the seams of underwear). I don't remember whether this was an open edition or not, but probably since it isn't signed & numbered. I do recall there were DF produced items which had no printed edition numbers, but were still called "limited edition." I'm not sure what to do with that. Just because one says something is "limited edition," doesn't mean much unless a number of printed copies is provided.Social/Sharing |
