Description

Here is a fun piece. Fiction House would sometimes cannibalize previous stories they printed to make new ones by re-using the images again. They did this for a few of Matt Baker's stories because his art was very popular. Here is one of those pages. The art was originally used for an earlier story likely from Fight comics around issue 51. I do admire the writer/editor being able to create a new story from old art, that is no small feat! They chose some great images of Tiger Girl for this. This is the fourth Fiction House page I have had over the years like this, created mostly of repurposed images. Just to be clear, the cut out pieces are original art and not stats! Oh the horror!

Beautiful art! So is this composed of stats with art added to the new panel sizes or did they cut out actual OA and use on a new board?

They cut up the original art!! The paste ups are all original as is the added backgrounds.
