Bought this directly from Andy at Megacon 2023. My favorite cover from the event book, Flashpoint Batman giving Flash the electric chair hoping to return his powers. Additionally Andy told me the original cover is hanging in his house, so this is the only version of the cover that will hit the market. Image on vellum
