I rarely post art from books I haven't read BUT since I've read the first two volumes of Charles Glaubitz's Starseeds series, I feel comfortable making an exception. This double page spread will be published in August 2023 in the upcoming third and final volume of Charles Glaubitz's Starseeds series.

Starseeds is a metaphysical, cosmic, mythical epic that I've been reading since the first volume was published in 2017. Can't wait to see how Glaubitz wraps up his story and how this DPS fits into this volume.

Charles Glaubitz lives in Tijuana. His work has been recognized by American Illustration, Communication Arts, How Magazine, Print Magazine. His artwork has been featured in Juxtapoz Magazine, Juxtapoz Illustration 2 Book, The Upset Gestalen, Pictoplasma. His comic work has been recognized by American Best Comics 2012.

His artwork has been exhibited at San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art, Oceanside Museum of Contemporary Art, Museo Carrillo Gil M�xico City, Museo de Arte Zapopan.

Wow! This illustration is mind-blowing! The reverse black and white mirrored image is like something out of a 1960's psychedelic black light poster! Very cool.

Another book that I haven't heard of, but one I feel inspired to track down and try out after a visit to your gallery, Mark! Thank you! Looking at this with no context into the published work/story allows one fresh eyes for a "baggage free" interpretation, and if I had to choose one word, it would be "transfixing". And as cool as it is to bounce back and forth between the sides checking out the mirrored similarities, I find the -differences- the most compelling (wondering if there's a narrative reason, etc.). Flipping back and forth, I get different things from the thumbnail view and the full page view, and wish I had the chance to see the 24x34 (!!!) version. Great piece, Mark! Congrats!
