DescriptionWhat If...! alert - this page has multiple homages to some classic covers from the first volume of What If...? (1977)Describing it makes me feel like SNL's Stefan - this page has it all - fantastic party crashers (What If Spider-man Joined the Fantastic Four), lady hammer throwers (What If Jane Foster Had Found the Hammer of Thor), a vengeful self-annihilating rubber man (What If the Invisible Girl Died), and Golden Avengers standing over everyone (What If the Avengers Defeated Everybody), all while robed cue-ball heads watch the action. Greg Land really channels the Michael Golden here while maintaining his own classic style, and the Jay Leisten inks are perfection! Social/Sharing |
