DescriptionAbout a week and a half before leaving for the Paris Fan Festival convention, I saw on Facebook that famous BD-artist Jean Barbaud offered a set of limited commissions before the show.Being a fan & having grown up on the TV-series "Il était Une Fois...L'Homme" & "La Vie", I had to grab one. Jean is of course famous for having designed all the iconic characters & drawn the original bande dessinee that the TV-series was based on. Almost telepathically, Jean drew the Roman version of Maestro, as if he knew that's my favorite period of history. Size is about 10x14 & this piece was done with markers. Social/Sharing |
