THE BIRTH OF HERU - Auset magically reassembles and resurrects Ausar's body, which had been dismembered into 14 pieces by Set--in the process, turns herself into a bird-spirit and conceives HERU via Immaculate Conception (no sexual contact involved)

The concept of The Phoenix--the bird capable of eternal resurrection--also originated here
