Description

This anthology series ran for twelve issues, with three self-contained stories in each. "A Little Knowledge" was a Scott Peterson thriller starring Oracle, the paraplegic Barbara Gordon. Brian Stelfreeze' blocky black and white style here recalls Frank Miller's work on Sin City. Stelfreeze has gone on to work in many styles and to mentor many artists. I was amazed he still had these pages in his possession at the Lake Como Comic Art Festival in 2023, so I picked up two.

Very important for many who didn't follow what DC did to Barbara Gordon after the Killing Joke. Many didn't know if KJ was just elseworlds. This proper solo story during the height of 90's comics industry really set up who Oracle was for those who were still unsure.
