Published in Sandman Dream States, a short story by Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean.

Lake Como (LCCAF) 2023 pick-up, I asked Dave if this was Neil or Morpheus in the picture, he said over the story it was Neil turning into Morpheus, I assume in the way he drew it.
