Description

From the first issue of the SOTB series. The introduction of Jeremiah Arkham as he tours Arkham Asylum and visits his guests. Batman is an inmate in the asylum and is chained to the wall in his cell as he yells out, "I AM NOT INSANE!" Time to break out the fire hose💦 and the wooden clubs 🏏 !!!

You can see in the large panel as the water hits Batman, Norm originally added a sound effect such as "SWOOSH," but later decided to white out the onomatopoeia and then inked over it.

Great page from a memorable issue.
