DescriptionThis page was published in February 1969, penciled by Dick Dillin and inked by Sid Greene. From the story entitled "A Matter of Menace".The Headmaster returns (first appearance in JLA 28) and this time he frames Green Arrow for the death of The Tattooed Man. This is also the issue where Wonder Woman resigns from the JLA, having lost her powers. Oddly enough, some of the JLA members don't recognize her out of costume. Social/Sharing |

The trick arrow along with some panel arrows for a climactic page! Really neat to end a caper with Batman declaring case closed!

I love the whimsical innocence of this page. Dillin really was more adventurous with his layouts than Mike Sekowsky. And this was back when Dick Dillin was allowed to take his time . . . just beautiful.
