Description

I won this cover in a Comic Connect auction a year or so ago. I just really wanted it because one of my early art buys was a pinup of Serina that I got from Hahn (which is in this gallery). I also added a scan of a print of the printed cover that came with this art. Apparently, there were a few changes made before publishing but I think I like the original best.

Also, here's info about the comic that I found up online:
Story by Damon Watson. Art and cover by David Hahn. A spin-off of Serina (1996), itself a spin-off from Warrior Nun Areala. A new adventure of Serina, rogue member of an ancient Egyptian warrior class. Serina Hollander, an agent for the ancient Order of Sekhmet, is meeting with a Russian arms dealer when they are attacked by RAIL, a vast secret empire. Barely escaping with her life, Serina learns of an Iranian terrorist plot to collapse the economy of the United States.

Sweet spygirl art! It's kick ass bad girl art before Danger Girl and was a cool offshoot of the genre!
