Description

This is the wraparound/front-and-back cover for the 2021 Regency hardcover book edition of High Society. It shows the Regency in all its splendor and grandiosity - and Cerebus entering with his sack of gold and without any idea of the consequences this visit would have.

The piece was originally commissioned by a fan and collector as a riff on the cover Gerhard and Dave Sim drew for the phonebook collected edition of the High Society story. Gerhard apparently adjusted a few things he wasn�t quite satisfied with in the original cover.
The image is very large - around 22,5 x 15 in.

Someone turned this down? Gerhard is amazing and to have anything like this would be a treasure. This is a stunner, all I can hear is the click ticking white Gerhard works on this.
