Created by Wrightson, Captain Sternn first appeared in Heavy Metal magazine June 1980, and then in the Heavy Metal movie in 1981. In 1994 Wrightson revisited the character in the 5 issue mini-series Captain Sternn: Running Out of Time (Kitchen Sink Press); this is a promo piece for the series.

So many good lines to pick from. Captain Sternn is definitely the most fun of the Haevy Metal Movie segments ... the complete opposite of Mike Ploog's zombies segment, which to this day still creeps me out (and this is coming from somebody who loves to watch John Carpenter's The Thing).
