Happy Batman day! Gotham War starts today but here we have the cover for the upcoming finale! Beautiful Batman image done by the master. Oversized piece at 24/17 really shows the best of Simone with a striking Batman on Gargoyle with explosions in the background. Big thanks to Matt Ditullo and the Bianchis themselves for helping me obtain this one!

Brilliant! The blue and white explosions of ionized air show how hot this piece is! Those slick fabric textures get illuminated to show all those threads Bianchi weaved in!

Whoa! Jawdropping cover painting of Batman on a Gargoyle by Simone Bianchi! What can I say about Bianchi's work that hasn't been said a thousand times? Bianchi is one of the most talented painters working in comics. His work is never less than superb. I'm sure this cover painting is one of the cornerstones of your art collection. Fabulous pick-up, congratulations!
