I have no idea what this is from but it's unmistakably an AH! production.

as an added treat there's some penciled Savage Dragon action on the back!

Picked this up from Anthony Snyder on his way through the Phoenix area to San Diego Comicon 2023.

Turns out this is from the 1997 Savage Dragon trading card set. Card 84 had a back image with the following description:
"While there is an undeniable attraction between Alex Wilde and dragon, the friends limit their interaction to a good working relationship and occasional drinking contests at the local bar. Rapture, of course, has her usual suspicions. "

Front of the card has image of character Alex Wilde (not seen in this CAF post except for extra images. I don't own that...)

Thanks Scott! I would have never found that. Managed to dig through some google-fu and find an image of the front and back. And here I just figured it was a sketch. Awesome!!!!
