I love this piece as well. This was originally an unpublished version for "The Fury #3" cover that was later used for the World Horror Convention program cover in 2010 and again published in the "Hellboy: The First 20 Years" book.

Those are great painterly strokes in the thin inks for the fills. They might be a shock to some who only get to see the solid black in the published image.
